No practice tomorrow (Tuesday). Get a real recovery day. Lift if you want, but legs up by 8 PM. Wednesday is threshold tempo at 3:30, wear the new singlets so we can size relay set.

Heads up to State Meet parents: gate fee is $10 per person, cash or card. Spectator parking is the south lot, signs will be up. Race goes off at 9:00 AM sharp.
