Off-season running is how Sentinels stay sharp between spring track and fall cross country. We meet four times a week through June, July, and August — easy aerobic work, light strides, and one rotating Saturday long run.
Before the first meeting: ideally you've done a week of easy running on your own to get the legs turning over. If you haven't, that's fine. Show up anyway. We'll meet you where you are.
The current week's exact plan (workout vs. easy, any venue changes, weather calls) drops every Sunday in the Off-Season Announcements channel.
