Meet Notes
  • Sentinels competing: Brooke Zuluaga, Kaitlyn Lane, David Williams.
  • Team entrance opens 1:30 PM both days. Track closed to warm-ups before that.
  • Coaches meeting: Friday 3:00 PM.
  • Field-event check-in is at the start of the EVENT (not the flight). Missing check-in = sanctioned.
  • Track-event check-in: 15 minutes before race time.
  • Javelin throwers must bring their own implement and weigh in before the event.
  • No phones, smart watches, AirPods, or tablets on the track or infield.
  • Pyramid spikes only, max 1/4".
AIA State Meet Rules
  • Athletes may enter a maximum of 4 events.
  • Spikes must be 1/4" (¼") or less.
  • Throwers must bring their own implements (shot, discus). Throwing implements are not provided.
  • Starting blocks are provided.
  • 4×100m relay uses a 30m exchange zone.
  • No coaches on the field — stands only. Credentialed pole-vault coaches are the exception.
  • No electronic devices during competition. Smart watches risk DQ.
  • No locker room facilities available — come dressed to compete.
  • No pets. Service animals only.
  • Top 30 entries by performance qualify for divisional meets; top 18 from each divisional advance to All-State.
